          Abstract

          Longitudinal metabolic changes of total choline (tCho), creatine+phosphocreatine (total creatine, tCr), and N-acetylaspartate (NAA) in the pregenual anterior cingulate cortex (pACC) of patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) have not been well evaluated.
