Abstract
Exosomes arise from viable cancer cells and may reflect a different biology than circulating
cell-free DNA (cfDNA) shed from dying tissues. We compare exosome-derived DNA (exoDNA)
to cfDNA in liquid biopsies of patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
