Abstract

This paper reports the design and safety analysis results of the helium cooled solid breeder blanket of the Chinese Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR). Materials selection and basic structure of the blanket have been presented. Performance analysis including neutronics analysis and thermo-mechanical analysis has shown good results. And the safety analysis of the blanket under Loss Of Coolant Accident (LOCA) conditions has been described. Results showed the current design can deal well with the selected accident scenarios.

Kurzfassung

Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Entwurfsplanung und Sicherheitsanalyse des Helium gekühlten Feststoff Brutblankets des Chinese Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR). Die Materialauswahl und die Grundzüge des Blanket werden präsentiert. Die Performance-Analyse inklusive Neutronik- und thermomechanischer Analyse zeigt gute Ergebnisse. Außerdem wird die Sicherheitsanalyse des Blanket unter Loss Of Coolant Accident (LOCA) Bedingungen beschrieben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass das aktuelle Blanket den ausgewählten Unfallszenarien standhalten kann.
