          Abstract

          Resumen Este artículo piensa alternativas de conversación latinoamericana a partir de las escrituras de Guimarães Rosa, Antonio Di Benedetto y Juan Rulfo. Específicamente, se abordan los modos en que Zama (1956), Pedro Páramo (1955) y “Páramo” (1968) portan y escriben la catástrofe en el marco de la Guerra Fría. Adicionalmente, se problematizan los protocolos de lectura que hasta el momento han permitido, o no, la aproximación entre los autores y textos estudiados.

          Resumo Este artigo propõe alternativas de conversação latino-americana a partir das escrituras de Guimarães Rosa, Antonio Di Benedetto e Juan Rulfo. Especificamente, se abordam os modos em que Zama (1956), Pedro Páramo (1955) e “Páramo” (1968) portam e escrevem a catástrofe no âmbito da Guerra Fria. Além disso, são problematizados os protocolos de leitura que até agora permitiram ou não a aproximação entre os autores e os textos estudados.

          Translated abstract

          Abstract This article suggests Latin American conversation alternatives based on the writings of Guimarães Rosa, Antonio Di Benedetto and Juan Rulfo. Specifically, the article addresses the ways in which Zama (1956), Pedro Páramo (1955) and “Páramo” (1968) handle and write about catastrophe within the framework of the Cold War. Additionally, the article problematizes the reading protocols that until now have allowed, or not, an approximation between the authors and the texts studied.
