          Abstract

          Isolated dysarthria, termed pure dysarthria, develops rarely after stroke, and its pathophysiology remains unclear. To clarify the underlying mechanism of pure dysarthria, we investigated lesion sites and cerebral blood flow in patients with pure dysarthria.
