Abstract
The phase III CLEOPATRA study demonstrated that combining pertuzumab with trastuzumab
plus docetaxel significantly improves progression-free and overall survival in previously
untreated HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. Here, we report health-related quality-of-life
(HRQoL) results from CLEOPATRA.
