          Abstract

          Adrenomedullin (AM) is a newly discovered vasodilator peptide that participates in the regulation of cerebral blood flow. The aim of this study was to investigate whether circulating AM was increased in infants with prenatal asphyxia who developed intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH).
