I am a professor of sex and gender-sensitive medicine (SGSM) at Radboud University in the Netherlands, as well as an organizational consultant. My work focuses on the development and implementation of methods for SGSM in basic research, clinical practice and public health and the exploration of ways to reduce gender-based harassment and discrimination in (bio)medical institutions.
