          Abstract

          Analyze plasma phospholipid fatty acids (PPFA) composition and desaturase activity in women with gestational diabetes (GDM) and in women with a normal glucose tolerance (NGT) before and after delivery, and to evaluate the possible relationship between desaturase activity and inflammatory parameters.
